Hockey jerseys are thicker and heavier than other jerseys, to stand up to cold rinks and physical play. We use a mid-weight double-knit polyester (about 220gsm) that wicks moisture via “Quick-Dry” fabric. Design: Standard hockey cut with raglan sleeves, mesh underarm gussets, and a rib-knit collar for easy layering over pads. Construction: Reinforced “double shoulders” and double-elbow patches with overlocked, double-needle stitching for maximum tear resistance. Every seam is heavy-duty sewn so the jersey survives checks and scrums. Managers will note the vibrant dye-sublimated logos that don’t crack, while players get a breathable, temperature-regulating uniform fit for every period.
